Me and my friend are planning to submit an entry for the poster contest. We just want to inquire/clarify, do we have to include a quotation/slogan in our design, or a saying maybe..or just the typical poster(just illustrations, drawings)
with regards to the filling of entry form, how do we accomplish it.We are from Negros Occ. do we have to dowload it, fill it up and scan then send or just pass our personal info and entry detail thru MS Word format… thank you!.Ü
